Went for a family vacation. We booked the villas which had their own private pool. There are a lot of open spaces to play games provided there are no other events happening. We were disappointed by the buffet menu as the food item was repeated for most of the days during our stay. Also, keep in the dining room is on the 2nd floor, and they don't have any elevator to take you all they way to the top.

Service could not be worse. Reception is totally non responsive. There are stray dogs in the garden so didnt feel safe. Rooms are poorly maintained. Frequent power and water outages. Reaching front desk is very very difficult. Reaching to resort itself is a big challenge, road is very bad and there are absolutely no sign boards to guide guests. Overall pathetic experience.

I booked my deluxe room from their official website. While the booking system showed me two rates for a deluxe room with breakfast (no description/difference mentioned there for different rates). I tried to call them but I couldn't connect with them. So I had chosen a higher one considering better room size and other things. But when I reached there there was no difference in deluxe rooms and facilities provided. So I asked them to refund the extra charger I paid. But the staff and manager were not ready and bothered to refund. Till today no call or refund is received. Lunch was very costly with no taste and varity. Swimming pool was dirty. No hot water in room. No soap or Shampoo Or shaving kit or dental kit given. Indoor games are chargeable. So why so high charges? Don't get fooled. They are really fooling customers.

There were dead bugs in the swimming but other than that if you ask fir something to house keeping they will deliver to you after 30 to 45 minutes and there are also many fun games there like rope climbing riding electric cycles play badminton snooker and there is also a personal library where you can relax and read other than that everything is okay or should i say good ? . . .

Pathetic service. 1st the room were given late. We have to wait for an hour. Thereafter the hygiene of the room was bad. Sticky floors. No shampoo towels etc given. No water bottles. After calling house keeping they brought things after 5 hours. Had to follow up multiple times. Had issues with hot water and when complained no one cared to fix it. It was a pathetic service given. The hot water kettle had dirt and fungus in it Please improve and listen to your customers when they complain or your customers definitely have options.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
