I booked Villa Macarena for my daughter 1st birthday party. Right from booking the property till exit, we had a pleasant experience. Mamtha helped us with the booking and KATHIRESAN the property manager is a great person who guides you through out. We hosted around around 50-60 ppl here. Both the house and lawn was very well maintained. we will come back here definitely.

Fabulous house in a great location on ECR. Very tastefully decorated. We had a great stay and loved that the house had all the facilities including utensils. The caretaker was very helpful and guided us well. The highlight is the pool. If your planning a small get together with family or friends definitely recommend choosing Villa Macarena.

Super cool and decent hideout for a weekend get away with family and/or friends (4 spatious double bedrooms all with attached..). Neatly maintained rooms and decor, sufficiently equipped with towels, toiletries, kitchen tools, glasses, plates, bowls, spoons, lots of amenities around, in addition, The care taker was courteous and humble. Swimming pool was neatly maintained, ample car park (5 - 6 cars), decent size lawn cum garden and a kids play area. A wee bit expensive but wud say worth the price/location - A day out for 12 people...20k per day for 2pm checkin and 11am checkout

I attended a party just today at Truliv Macarena. It was the most loud and headache inducing vulgar party I have attended in Chennai. This resort is perfect for rowdy and gunda elements for shady activities. Any group with family or kids, stay away. All they do is play vulgar songs very very loud and that's their concept of fun. Don't expect a decent evening with soothing music here.

Stay here in Truliv Villa Macarena has been a wonderful experience. The place is well kept with all amenities. The services were exceptional ( Das & Kathir), hats off to both of them. It has a private pool with a couple of indoor games which keep you entertained. Close to beach and lovely ambience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
