We had booked rooms almost a month ago. Today we reached the place around 11.30 a.m. in the morning. They made us wait for an hour. Three different people told us three different reasons for not being able to offer accommodation. Reasons given (1) There's an electrical burnout & repairs may take 2-3 days. (2) No rooms are available, (3) They have no information about our booking!!! Best part is a lady had called us in the morning to inquire & confirm about our booking. Sadly we have to give a minimum 1 star, in fact it is not worth that also. By this time, we find that the lift has stopped working. So we walk down three floors! The Manager / CareTaker took us to another hotel nearby & told us to stay at the new hotel's tariff. We protested, then the new hotel owner agreed to give us room as per deal made by Turtle resort. Highly irresponsible and unprofessional. A blot on the hospitality industry. A place to be avoided.

The hotel boasts spacious rooms, exceeding the average size in Mumbai, and benefits from a favorable location approximately 30 minutes from the domestic airport. Nestled within the Andheri Sports Complex, it enjoys a tranquil setting away from the hustle of traffic noise. While lacking an in-house restaurant, the attentive hotel staff proactively informed us of this during booking. Breakfast, albeit with limited choices, is served in-room. An added advantage is its proximity to Azad Nagar metro station. Overall, a decent accommodation choice, surpassing others in its category.
