A decent property well placed in city. The check-in process was not convenient and staff was bit untrained or already exhausted, 11am in morning. Rooms are decent, with cleaning challenges, as we found a cigarette butt and hairs in washroom from previous guests. B/fast was sumptuous and tasty. Staff was bit handy, but the GM of hotel is really friendly and active. He took feedback with grace and helped. Overall didn't feel like a 5 star experience, but certainly a good place to stay for a stop.

Such good value for money. After many sweaty, tiring weeks, this place felt like a little piece of heaven before l finally left the country. I used their airport shuttle service, I had breakfast delivered to the room due to early departure - staff so friendly and couldn't do enough. The restaurant was reasonable and yummy. Roof top pool was lovely - clean and spacious. Just a lovely stay.

I enjoyed the stay at Turyaa chennai. I see happy staffs always at your service. Pleasant clean and fresh. The food was fresh and tasty. Options were plenty. Staffs are juniors seems to be trained to talk to the customers, asks about their preferences, very polite basically being courteous. When u see people enjoying their work that is serving you the customer. I am always delighted to be there, Reception team let this not taper down please awaiting to see you all again

The Hotel facilities are maintained well. However some of the staff are not well behaved and reluctant in providing service on time. I have stayed at the Hotel for 3 days. On second day, after room cleaned in the morning, the boy forgot to keep any towels in bath room. I called the reception/housekeeping to send the towels and they promised to do so. However, even by noon time, it was not done. Again I had to call another 2 times to request sending the towels as soon as possible. Third time when I called, The staff replied like she did not like calling again. I said from mornig, I am waiting for the towels and hence called two more time by noon time. Later when I did not get the towels by afternoon, I met duty manager who immediately send them. I felt ashamed that for a towel in bathroom, I had to plead from morning till afternoon and also meet the duty manager. I mentioned my displeasure to the duty manager. This was my first such experience while staying at Hotels around the world at many occasions. Hope the Hotel management does not ignore such mistakes and correct them then and there. All the best to Turyaa Chennai.

It was my third stay and would love to come again to Turyaa. The location is very nice, close to many attractive spots. The lavish breakfast, excellent ambiance and good staffs are must to mention. Front office staffs are well trained, smooth check out process and outstanding guest service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
