I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was mixed. Unfortunately, several aspects fell short of expectations. The bathrooms in both the room and the restaurant were subpar, with issues in cleanliness and outdated fittings. The heater in the room didn't work properly, and an unpleasant smell lingered around the hotel and in the rooms. Room service was also lacking, and it took until the third day for them to clean my room upon my request. The surrounding area had its challenges, with inadequate roads leading to the hotel. Surprisingly, despite these drawbacks, the hotel has a 4-star rating. On a positive note, the restaurant's biryani and fried rice were exceptional, standing out as the highlight of my stay.

I had a disappointing week at this hotel. Its remote location made commuting to the city a hassle. The pervasive smell from the nearby drainage was unpleasant. While the food was satisfactory, the overall experience was marred. Not recommended at all.

Twin Tower was a decent hotel and had decent service, the room (though not a modern ambience) was big and manageable. The third bed was just a folded down sofa but was manageable. Though the bell boy was rude in saying
