I recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring a warm welcome. The room was impeccably clean, and offered a breathtaking view. The hotel's central location made exploring the city convenient. The on-site dining was good, providing a menu with delicious options. I appreciated the seamless check-in/check-out process, adding to the overall positive experience. Without a doubt, I'll be returning on my next visit.

The hotel is a little far off from the mall market area. If the weather is very cold, the rooms can get uncomfortable as the heating panels do a terrible job of heating the room. Also the staff are not very efficient as while we are checking out, they gave us a bill to pay which had items we didn't have for dinner the previous night and at 6AM we were left flabbergasted. It was very very disappointing and left us with a sour taste after the end of our trip. I frankly will not recommend this hotel.

Excellent staff, especially staff named Gyalzen lama was extremely cooperative, professional & helpful from very beginning ! Location was perfect & quite close to Mall Road . Rooms were spacious, well maintained with an outstanding view of Kanchenjunga ! Room service was quick and trustworthy ! Had good variety of breakfast options and in room dining too ! Overall had a great stay & we look forward to visit your property soon

Absolutely not a 4 star hotel. I had booked this hotel through my travel agent and ended up regretting the decision. The location in Darjeeling is far from the main shopping area and the entrance is extremely steep, even for cars! The reception people were sarcastic when we asked for taxi since we were not sure if we could make the climb if we left on our own to explore the city. Our room had a massive old building as view. The railings of the so called small balcony area was full of pigeon droppings. There is a public toilet too right next to the hotel entrance. Food is vegetarian only. Morning breakfast is buffet. On one occasion we found that the “sugar less” coffee had sugar in it and upon highlighting to the staff were told - everyone has their own taste 🙄. In conclusion, not value for money. Not a 4 star hotel, atleast the Darjeeling one.

Food is awesome with different varieties and the food service is also fast and efficient. Room service is also good. Rooms are clean and the staffs are really friendly and helpful especially Thanks to Ms Lila Thami for guide us really want to visit again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
