Rooms are very well maintained with an excellent service. Their in house restaurant - Grains, had a great ambience with live music plus food was good too, Ruchita, took care of all the special requests that we made. The staffs were very warm and welcoming and overall made our stay very comfortable!

Udaan Himalayan Suites is highly recommended for vegetarians. The hotel is very beautifully furnished. The staff is very polite and friendly. They provide us with customized food as per our choice. No extra charges for room service. Hotel location is very nice, near to toy train station and 2km from the mall road. It is away from the pollution and hustle-bustle of the city. Nice staff from reception to kitchen, restaurant to room service. Hope you guys will maintain this forever.

I loved the place, the food, specially the staff here with all smiling and welcoming was just too good. Special mention of Ruchita as we have been given best services by her on our special candle light dinner. She was too professional with her duties yet to polite and helpful. All over it was a great experience staying at Udaan.

Rooms were a big let down at this hotel, we stayed in Kanchenjunga view room for 2 nights. The washroom doesn't have hot water and you will get only lukewarm water even on full hot mode, there is no stand to keep the soap/shampoo while doing shower. The room charges are a bit overpriced considering the size of the room, quality and value for the amenities provided. We were charged almost 8K/night here due to Christmas peak season but anything more than 5K/night is a waste of money here and you can find other luxury hotels in Darjeeling for the same prices. The restaurant is pure veg and the food was nice here. Breakfast buffet had really lavish menu with multiple options and tasteful dishes. The service at the restaurant was really good as well, especially Animesh who served us for Dinner. Since the hotel is situated on the main hill cart road of Darjeeling, there is not much place available for car parking but its a central location and is easily accessible to other areas.

First of all Darjeeling has become extremely congested and polluted which ruined the moral of our trip. Udaan hotel rooms were a great escape from the sad reality outside. The rooms are high quality but the location is not that great and with a lot of construction outside. We booked Kanchenjunga view rooms but unfortunately were given the basement rooms where we could hardly see the mountains. We didn't ask for a room change as we already had a wholesome Kanchenjunga view from Pelling. If you also get basement rooms ask for a change. The breakfast was good and all services are nice. The hotel has a nice lemon grass smell. Overall it's a very high standard hotel with top notch services located in a poor location in an overhyped hill station.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
