Perfect ambience to spent your quality time. Rooms , services , location everything is perfect and time saving. Rooftop is the best thing you’ll get swimming pool , restaurant and seating area to have a great time. Food is awesome. And so the property best for the photogenic people.

Amazing hotel. Amazing staff. Gorgeous property. They even upgraded us for free from deluxe to premium. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were cleanly maintained. The hotel staff especially Aarif sir and the watchman, very sweet and helpful and hospitable. Would 10/10 recommend this

The hotel and the rooftop restaurant are very aesthetically pleasing. However, the service and the staff is the worst I have experienced ever. They have no manners on how to talk or act with guests. Hospitality industry is known for its courteous behaviour, but these people are not even close to any 2-star hotel when it comes to their service. They kept on hanging around my table waiting for me to leave so that they could entertain other guests, even when I was still having my food.

on 19th January i booked this resort as a gift for 1st wedding anniversary of my sister and brother in law. I especially mentioned for a top floor room with a large bed and a small decoration and a cake. Now this a thing which usually a hotel does for free of cost. When they reached the hotel they were been given a room with a twin bed. The room was shaby and T.V was also not working. I called Faisal who is a travel desk manager and asked him to change the room. He gave the call to Arif and when I asked Arif for the same he said that due to early checkin he gave the room whereas their checkin was at 10am. On the same day I informed Arif and Faisal for a small decoration and a cake. Arif said that it will be arranged on 19th as the anniversary is on 19th. On 19th also it was not done. I called Arif for the same and he in full attitude replied me saying that who you think I am? Hoteliers are generous and polite always but the staff of Udai Kothi is the worst ever!! Faisal was arrainging for a candle light dinner and Arif is not even arranging for a cake or decoration. Both the staff are liers. A hotel generally arranges for a comp cake and a decoration as a gesture of goodwill but this hotel is the worst one as they dont believe in goodwill. Arif doesnt know how to talk to a customer. He was asking me "hain kaun aap jo mujhse aise baat kar rahi hai"!! A team of HR should train their staff with some basic manners!! Definitely would never ever recommend this to anyone in future and pray that this resort gets shut down asap!!

Very nice rooms and truly a heritage property. Although the property is showing it's age now, the maintenance is too good and the experience was good. The property is close to Ambrai Ghat, and gives good views from it's rooftop restaurant. The only problem is access to the hotel. The roads are narrow and it is difficult to reach by car.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
