A nice location. Staff, service, food were all excellent.... but, room was definitely no where near 5-star standard. (I stayed in room no.829). Not well designed, almost 2 inch gap at the door bottom, leading to mosquito menace. Only one power socket and that was not working, Had difficulty in charging mobile phone. Not too clean shower curtains, with a gap of almost 5 inches at the bottom made the entire toilet floor wet. The hotel could do well to seal the door bottoms with rubber beading to avoid mosquito menace.

Horrible experience we had. We were two families, stayed for 4 nights during the Christmas week . This property does not deserve the 5-star rating.maybe 3 star rating at its best. poor quality of towels and toilet accessories. Towels were looking very old.and no hand towels were provided. Yet their rates are very expensive and they gave us very old room. After a lot of arguments they shifted different rooms. Overall very bad experience.and poor Management .

Not value for money…Not a 5 Star hotel..it’s just like a 2 star hotel Outdated rooms with small bathroom. Old faulty appliances- Old Small TV, Noisy Fan & AC. Poor housekeeping and service. The only good thing about this hotel is its location next to beach.

We stayed here in December, 2023. The hotel and its premises are beautiful and festive. It is very lively with plenty of built up areas, dining choices, and space to move around. There is a beach outside, which is rather scanty, as the rough sea and weather has been gobbling up a lot of beach area in this part of the world lately. I would have given it a 4.5 if the option was there. Overall a great experience and good value for your money.

Hotel had a cool atmosphere, but I was a bit disappointed with the rooms. It was fairly beat up and old looking. It definitely did not feel like a 5-star hotel. The bathroom door was broken and the shower didn't have a shower door - just a curtain so water leaked into the rest of the bathroom. The room overall looked fairly dusty and dirty. Breakfast was good. I am honestly surprised that this was a 5-star hotel. I'd say this is 3 star at best. It is definitely over-priced for what it is. I'm giving this a 2-star review because it was a 3-star hotel with 5-star prices. Do not have high expectations.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
