Excellent resort having a great view of the mountains. Though the resort is in interior, once you reach there the BLISS moment that you get is just beyond words. 5 star to the hospitality that you get here. The entire staff is very kind and helpful and greets you with warmth and love. Rooms are extremely clean and spacious. Beautiful landscaping in the resort premises. Highly recommended!

For me, Udechee Huts is like a spiritual home. I kept on seeking a place where I can meditate and spend time in solitude. And fortunately this place has given me that space. Sitting in lap of mountains, feeling its vastness and connecting with nature. This place is no less than a heaven. The hospitality is just amazing. All staff members are extremely caring and make you feel comfortable at all times. Kudos to the team!! Thank you for making my holiday actually rejuvenating.

The best place I've stayed at. The location and the staff were amazing. Feels like a 5 star hotel. We stayed there only for a night. The staff went above and beyond. Special mention to Aswan and Sagar. We definitely want to come back

If you are looking for a place away from crowd, if you love mountain watching, if you are a big foodie, if you are looking for great service...then please don't give it a second thought and enjoy your stay here. Service was top notch (Kudos to Ashwini and Sagar). Stayed here in the last week of December 2023 with family for 2 nights.. Pros Hot water facility was there 24/7 A/C was available with cool/heat modes Being Vegetarian, we had good food options. Location is excellent..you don't need to go outside since you can enjoy breathing views of snow capped mountains from this property suggestion Just one small request, please provide dormitory facility for drivers since they also need proper rest.

It's an amazing place place to stay with beautiful view from the rooms. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The waiters/helpers are very helpful and polite. Amazing service overall. I must surely talk about the food here. The food is out of the world. Very good quality and amazing in taste. Would recommend to atleast have one meal here. Overall an amazing experience would totally plan on staying here whenever I come back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
