We had an excellent stay in this beautiful property. Hotel is gorgeously decorated, rooms are very comfortable, especially bathroom and bed ( would have only appreciated a carpet next to bed especially in winter) Restaurant food is delicious and service was excellent, friendly but respectful and effective; we have particularly appreciated Bhanwar Singh and Vijay( from Darjeeling)Nice live music as well. It was our second visit 13 years after and we would gladly return and recommend.

Stayed in room 111 for overnight stay. If offered room 111, avoid. The toilet smells terrible. Only reason for a 2 star rating. Else Rooms were clean tidy. Fittings were new , room furniture very good. Food (Dinner) was good.

Wonderful place to stay in Jaipur. Centrally located, very well designed and maintained. Roma’s are large and well equipped with all amenities. Most rooms on higher floors have small balconies. In addition there are numerous sitting areas outsides most rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was great in the rooftop restaurant. Breakfast spread was also great.

The place is beautiful but ZERO hospitality. We had a pick up facility but didn't avail and wanted to get dropped because bus was late night, they just didn't accomodate. The staff really needs to understand how to make guests feel welcomed. This is the Only difference between the bigger brands and hotels like these which are charging exuberantly high but can't provide services like that.

I am staying here right now. Low star rating is due rudeness of an individual at reception desk. I guess he is overwhelmed with the work. In general, pictures posted are overstatement. It’s a good hotel with good people (except one 😀). It’s near session court which makes traffic an issue. Overall good vibes. If you plan to stay here, go ahead.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
