If you want to book this hotel please be sure you are getting the worst service. This people are biggest resist. These people are very busy with the foreign people giving them services being nice to them. We were three girls they didn’t even give us water after being asked several times. Bathroom tap was so tight to open and it was not even clean. It was a pathetic hotel we didn’t get warm feeling here.

Recently visited this place for a vacation. The hotel is outside Jaipur City Centre so the traffic isnt there(Jaipur traffic is crazy) so that's a plus, however there aren't a lot of options in the vicinity. The rooms are decent. They do have air conditioner as well as heated water so that's a plus. They have limited parking inside the premises, however you can park outside the premises. The breakfast spread is decent. Pricing could be a bit more friendly(Rs 450 per person) is a bit steep with limited offerings. The only con is instead of 1 ltr per person per day bottled water, we get only 500 ml per person per day. The staff is courteous and helpful.

Stay there for 3 days from 7-Jan to 9-jan-24 due to exam of a son in nearby college. Avoid this hotel. Not worth the money. Reasons 1. Reception area - No courtesy to welcome guest or assistance while check-in. Even for luggage service I have to request multiple time. This is basic of hotel industry. 2. No water bottles provided in room which is a norm across hotel industry. 3. Room was missing basic amenities such as towel, dental kit etc and need to call housekeeping service for everything. 4. Lift - very small 1 lift to go on upper floor. Many time hotel staff use it and even do not step out for guest. 5. Staff nature - no couttesy toward guest. 7. Check out - no person to carry your luggage, I have to carry out self. 8. My family visited to me in hotel and they were bugged me “when they will go” after 5 min they arrive. This was most ridiculous experience. In summary not worth the money you spent. And it is 2 star hotel. better to stay there atleast it will save your money.

Room is excellent, staffs are really helpful. Even after check out, we need to park our car in parking area for few more hours. They are fine with that. Have some 6-8 car parking covered. Also they have secured open parking for around 20+ cars nearby. Hotel location little away from city centre, nearby Amer fort. Have nice restaurant setup and enough staffs. Room interior looks different and nice .. Don't have much airflow, but we stayed a single day, so we are fine. Helpful staffs and reception. Actually we went on Xmas day & looking for good room and enough parking space, we didn't book any hotel, shortlisted few hotels from Agoda & straightaway went to this and checked the parking. While we asked the tariff, the tariff mentioned by reception is 1000 rs more than Agoda. They politely asked us to book thru Agoda. They didn't try to misguided us. Very helpful staffs.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were very clean and nice size. Decor in the traditional style bought a nice feel to the room. Staff were excellent, very helpful and provided great service. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
