Excellent location, very well maintained rooms and cordial staffs, that’s it! Pathetic service, no restaurant, no food delivery into room, less staff, staff will also not deliver the food in room! You need to come down only. And if you’re on a business travel, please remember to keep an extra pair of sandals so that you don’t go hungry. My stay was for 4 days and they didn’t clean the room even once! Because their room cleaning service starts after 2! A very pampered lot of staff. Some rich guy got a plot in T Nagar, built something but have no idea how the service needed to be done. And the best part was, on the last day I received a call from the reception lady that 11 is the check out time.

a super-friendly hotel for the family. I was on a family trip and had a quick stopover to get some refreshment. The front office girl was very polite and supportive and assisted quickly in providing the room. The room was good, had AC and a fan, and provided all necessary toiletries. Overall, its a good value for the money, and it's close to all the important shops in the T. Nagar area.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Booked a total of almost 20 rooms for a wedding party for 2 days. The guests really liked the hotel. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work. The staff working there are very good. Thank you very much

Great service, super luxurious rooms and amazing ambience of the rooms. Stays here are worth it and the complementary breakfast is of great quality. Very cooperative staff and overall a great experience

The hotel is good at primary location and very good staffs and service. Hotel have underground parking facility too. I have stayed in other UPAR hotels regularly this time stayed here for 3 days. its really great and accessible

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
