We reached The resort in 20.01.24 Total 12 members The stay and service was all good especially MR Sachin of Upavan Resort , He was helping us in all thing's. Also faced bad experience from the Manager side he cancelled the Menu which we was given for Dinner and informed restaurant team to give them any two dishes.our travel partner Make my Trip has already payed for the foods and stay for 2 nights after this incident the same night we vacated the rooms. Also note we have booked the premium hill view 4 rooms and faced this issue...

It's an amazing property providing a wonderful view of the hills. They have rooms available in different elevation that you may pick basis the size of your pocket. The facilities available here are pretty good. The food was good with the right spread of items in the buffet. The staff was warm and welcoming. Things you want to consider before booking: > This property is not new. It would take you back by 6-7 yrs. The toilet is small, recreation items are broken or old > As you opt for a better view/room, it is going to be a steep climb down/up if you want to access the restaurant or play area or the pool. Very inconvenient for aged folks unless they have an inclination for adventure.

It was good stay. Staff were very good. In the room, TV was not subscribed to any channels. Upon informing, they fixed it immediately. Telephone device was not available in our room. Being vegetarian, the buffet dinner on Sunday night was not suitable and they didn't have any also carte service as well. Except these two issues, everything was great. Would recommend

The rooms are clean and spacious, offering a pleasant ambiance. They provide a comfortable and private stay. The only drawback is related to the restaurant, where you need to go down each time for your meals, as there's no room service. The breakfast was excellent, but the à la carte options were not up to par.overall the stay was good 😊

Upavan resort is one of the best places to stay with family ..such a refreshing atmosphere...amazing staff and their hospitality is incredible .delicious food ..overall the best . Never felt even the tiniest of inconvenience . Thank you people.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
