This resort is awesome mainly bcz of the mountain views. I really enjoyed here with my office colleagues. There are also cons of this resort as well Pros: 1. Best views from room. 2. Very clean and comfortable rooms with balcony. 3. One of the best ambience resort. 4. Good service from staff. Cons: 1. Lunch food could have been better. 2. Restrictions on using swimming pool. They told the pool is allowed to access only at on morning. Really pathetic rule. 3. DJ & music is only allowed till 9.30 pm Max stretch 9.45 pm.

This time' s experience was a bit lower than earlier times. Simple service like wifi was available on payment. Evening event end time limit was reduced... No lights were provided at the pool side in spite of the request. Instead they posted a security guard to prevent people slipping into the pool due to darkness. This type of service was never experienced in all my earlier times. I hope this feedback will reach the right authorities.

The resort is certainly not worth the money you pay for. 1. The approach road is in very poor condition that too on an incline. Do not drive here in the dark. 2. The approach to the reception is from the rear, there is not enough parking here and no bell boys to handle luggage. One has to unload himself while creating a mini traffic jam, then u need to drive further up and park your car in the parking area, and there is no valet either. 3. The rooms are very basic in nature and dimly lit, certainly not worth the price one pays for them, the approach to most rooms is through a dimly lit enclosed walkway which looks shabby. 4. One is forced to take their buffet, there are no a la carte items. The food is ordinary. 5. The place where they serve food looks like a mess hall rather than a restaurant. 6. Room service is virtually non existent, they only serve water. Food options are limited to pakodas and sandwich (which was a joke) Overall a very ordinary, hyped and overpriced place, Lonavala has much better to offer for the same price.

The view of the hotel was amazing, the scenery around is great , climate is ideal for a small vacation. Everything is good except the services. The road leading up to the resort is not safe. The rooms had no cleanliness, there was no toiletries . There was no room service staff wasn't responding at all. There was no menu / self order services only one buffet which had almost no options. The morning breakfast was the most terrible experience, the food was limited. And was taking hours to be re filled. When asked to see the manager he didn't come instead sent a chef, who had no answers as to why there is no fillings in the paneer paratha,. We were then told to talk to the head chef then checked . Even after all this the manager didn't come to talk. The staff was not at all supportive. In short terrible stay. Worst staff at a resort. Totally bland taste food.

It is located on the top of the hill. The road going to the resort is not at all great. In night, road becomes lonely and dark. But the positive point is the view in the morning which does not disappoint.. The rooms are okayish

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
