I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because for our room the toilets were so dirty and the landline wasn't working. They didn't even provide us with towels we had to go to the lobby to ask them for one. 2/10 I absolutely hated this hotel.

In the corridor there were insects and gutkha spits 3. Discarded furniture was kept in the corridor, with empty alcohol bottles, which had attracted mosquitoes and flies. 4. Bed sheet had spit spots, though they changed it after multiple requests. 5. Curtain was broken, wasroom was unhygienic 6. In the night we saw cockroaches in the room, that's when we decided to leave the hotel and booked another hotel, but the staff harassed us and didn't allow us to checkout, we spoke to the GM of this hotel through one guy's phone then they allowed us to checkout. 7. I forgot my blazer in the room, which when I went to collect in the hotel, they denied, when we found it in the room and asked them whey they were lying, this guy in the picture ran behind us to hit us. Please be aware before booking this hotel that staff is aggressive and unprofessional along with all the issues i mentioned above.

Exp was not so good. We stayed for 2 days. Full night no electricity also in day time electric issue. Utensils was not so clean in which food was served. Over all never recommended

Bad Staff, Dirty Rooms. Unsafe hotel. This is Genuine Review, because went through real bad time, so trust me on this guys, pls don't book ever. You"l regret this decision for life. They can even steal from your rooms. Not only bad property even dirty bedsheets, not safe for family. Staff can threaten you if you say anything against them.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
