Writing here because service is really good all the staffs are very humble and soft spoken ! Rooms could have been more better as per the price but the view from the balcony was worth it.. the open theatre along with poolside is worth the hype! Food served here is good from breakfast to main course but DO NOT ORDER CHINESE HERE Rest everything went fine but really disappointed by the Chinese menu.

Had a disappointing experience! Paid a hefty 5500 RS for a cramped room with an extremely small bed. No consideration was given for the driver's stay, as we were forced to share our already small space. Additionally, we were charged an extra 2000 RS per night for the driver. In the morning, there was no water, and when reported, we received cold murky water. The breakfast options were limited. Despite claiming to be a 5-star facility, the hotel barely lived up to one star. The reception tactics were rude – they closed the gate until a meager 4000 RS balance was settled, despite an initial payment of 40000 RS. Overall, it was an unpleasant stay.

Worst Hotel to stay, hotel is over priced and there is lack of even basic facilities in room like wardrobe and chair. Room size is very small compared what is shown on hotel website. And lights in the room not working. Even for door mate we need to call 5 times to reception. Staff behavior is really very bad. They even don't know how to talk to guest. Worst hospitality. Even sometimes water is not available in the morning in toilet and flush.

The rooms are clean n hygienic The measure issue is the hotel doesn't follow the music timing. They play loud music after 10pm also. Music was on till late mid night after 12 Mr Shubham is humble and cooperative. Breakfast is good

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
