Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's terrible... - Their site is misguiding though the property is having 3 cottages but it's their wish which cottage they will give you during check-in. I got 3rd cottage which they give to drivers and their staff for a stay after paying a huge amount for 2 rooms for 2 nights. I decided not to check in but the staff ensured that they will change my room in 2 hrs. Instead of 2 rooms, we occupied only 1 with the hope that our room will be changed, but sorry to say they enjoy watching tourists in such conditions, I think it gives them peace of mind... After realizing the entire situation I decided to stay for only 1 day that too occupying only 1 room due to security concerns as we felt the behavior of staff was a little strange and insecure, also noone else was staying in that building were they provided us room except their own staff on the ground floor. - We ended up adjusting in a single room sleeping on the floor with my 5-year kid and elderly parents. -Outside, it was heavily raining, and throughout the night, rain started coming into the room from the seal. It was horrible as we could not do anything about it. -At night, generators won't start if there is no light, so we were in a rainy room without light the entire night. Furthermore, no one answered incoming calls as the reception was empty. -Unprofessional Staff and helpless guests are what Valley View Resort Pahalgam offers. -It is worst than a 3rd graded lodge... -Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star! -Am attaching some photos of water coming from roof and how we kept the bucket to protect ourselves. -Please be careful and vigilant before choosing this property.

Nice resort and the best room is the one with dining room attached to it which is private. This room is present in the right block and is very good. The location is very good. And the lawn is also very big. Big Parking area and good security.

I did book 2 nights(20 and 21st May 2023) here to stay at Pahalgam and my experience is terrified after paying 12K per night. - Once i reach this resort i saw 3 cottages and my expectation was i get room from one of them. - Suddenly they took my to place and gave me a room which i guess usually they give to drivers or for their Staff. - I did condemn and decided not to checkin i did waited there for 2 hours but i got no mercy. - I had asked Travel agent to raise this issue but he was also not so cooperative. - The room i got has smaller bed not even queen size i had booked this hotel with 1 extra bed but looking at size of bed 2 extra bed's also not sufficient. - I ended up sleep on the floor with my 3 year kid on the floor. -Am attaching some photos so, that you can feel my experience. - Hotel staff is helpless saying nothing they can do. - Later i found Hotel staff is staying on this building. -My travel agent (Ambition Destination Tour and Travel" also backed off at last minute. -For 2nd night they change my room to actual Cottage but the damage is already done. - Be careful and be vigilant for such frauds from this Hotel.

Good location to stay in pahalgham with Lidder river flowing in front of the hotel. Nice view of mountains and lake surrounding the hotel. Room heater is not available. Restaurant food is good but buffet price is bit high.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
