Booked Preminum Room. Only positive to say.. Good super king bed. Negatives..! Booked via agoda it said, premium room come with Super King Bed and 1 Single Bed... absolute not.. Single Bed is missing.. even Room can't fit Single bed as it will block your entrance way. After lot of chat, managed to get extra mattress on floor, but Quality of that very poor. No WiFi... though advert said Free WiFi... could be due to recent floods so can understand but could have updated the adverts. Towels missing in room.. when asked on a surprise told that they given for laundry and will give tomorrow. Way they spoke to my wife is rude... though they managed to bring the towels immediately after saying we need to go out early morning. Well aware its compact room from previous reviews... but clearly would suggest to stay away if you really looking for family accommodation. You find better option closer by with few hundreds extra...don't get misled by cost.

Hotel is located in center of the city, but the service is not good. Rooms are not neat, bed sheet smells bad and also they charge machine coffee for Rs.40 and water bottle for Rs.25. Budget friendly only but dont expect hygenine

Pathetic service, staff doesn't have common sense. They don't even know how to respond to the customer. They are showing as a 3-star hotel but they don't even deserve a single star and don't even have a service person to carry luggage. The staff was very rude and the place is miserable. And the lift is also not working we have to carry our own luggage to our rooms, just think if you have to go and carry your luggage all the way up to the 4th floor. THINK BEFORE YOU BOOK!!!

Venture Park was our random pick due to non availability of choice hotel. We were surprise good hotel with such a low tariff. Very good on road location. One thing I will say they must provide room service and food also, But in our case we didn't bothered because there were lots of good food joints near to venture park. As it is located on main road, transportation/ conveyance is very easy. Room are of medium size but they vere very clean and hygienic.

Rooms and bathroom are too small not as mention on websites, ACs are not cooling and fans were deliberately kept only at full speed. Pathetic service staff, they all behave like a rude owner. They won't listen to any request and standard reply its a hotel not your home. You have to load and unload your luggage as its not their task to bring luggage to reception at 2nd floor or rooms.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
