This hotel is old and dingy. Hot water and water pressure is unpredictable and not working properly. Finishing touches are missing. Wall patches all over. Floors are broken in various places. Bathrooms are not in best shape and unhygienic. Management needs to keep up with the maintenance and update the entire hotel. Kitchen staff is good and service is ok.

Pathetic hotel. Food is very bad. No basic utilities at room. Not even slippers in toilet. Bathroom is so small, I don't know how can someone bath in just one feet wide area. One of the lamps in room is not working. Waste of money. Specially very disheartened to see bad quality food in so called 4 star hotel. They are even charging extra for buttermilk. Don't waste your money here. There are plenty other resorts at this price in Jaipur.

I would never recommend this hotel to the travellers who are looking for a stay for couple of days. The staff at reception are highly unprofessional while providing the rooms and also they charge an early check-in of 1k. Rooms are very small and prices are just on the peak. Definitely if you just want the hotel infrastructure and ambience to be looked out you can surely book this hotel. Rooms are terrible. Location of the hotel : Good Food : Expensive and not good Special Note to Hotel owner : Had a poor experience with the reception staff at hotel (Mr. Sushil). Poor assistance and very rude during check-in and check-out. Delay in room service.

Situated in the prime location which is near all prominent tourist spots. Thoughtful design, plush furnishings, and attention to detail create an inviting atmosphere. The breakfast buffet showed an array of delightful options. The staff is Courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist, they contributed to a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
