We were a group of 17 who recently stayed here and found our stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. The location is very central and we found it ok to travel through the ever busy Jaipur roads. The service and hospitality of staff was good and the food was decent. The rooms were good but the bathrooms are old and dated. We took part in the new year’s eve gala dinner celebrations but found the arrangement not to our taste. The music was way too loud and we found it a bit expensive. We will recommend this hotel to others.

I am visiting Jaipur from USA on vacation and Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Positive 1. Very courteous front desk people 2. Checkin was easy 3. Fantastic breakfast buffet including fresh fruits. Negative 1. Very old hotel building and there is no comparison between exaggerated website pictures shown and the actual look. 2. Not well maintained property and it is dirty and corridors are not cleaned properly. 3. Access to the hotel is a dark dirty alley with no lights and it is scary. 4. Inside the room, rusty hand shower, broken wash basin, bathroom faded patchy mirror mercury coating and looks dirty. 5. Room A/C is not working and not cooling, just makes only sound. 6. Despite making a complaint to repair A/C, no one cared to fix it in the next 24 hours until we vacated. 7. Room Floor creaking while walking with loose tiles. 8. Bathroom towels are worn out so bad the white color has become cream color. Time to replace with new towels. 9. Parking in the front is congested and crowded. There is hardly one car space for the cars to pass. Not sure who rated this hotel as ‘3 Star’, but it is worth only ‘1 Star’. Not worth the price. Please think twice before booking here.

The hotel, though old, seems poorly managed. No parking due to occasional parties, had to park outside in dust, despite a security guard later arranging a spot. Check-in delayed by 30 mins. On the upside, the room was spacious with a smart TV. However, the bathroom exhaust was too noisy. Overall, not the best experience, but the affordable price and good location make it somewhat acceptable.

Hotel rooms are old- doesn't look like it's been maintained for 10 years. Mold growing on walls, cracked sinks, towels are barely white anymore, broken mirrors, list goes on and on. Windows leak a lot of air so rooms get cold, especially the corner rooms. Management just doesn't care about the customers. Had to ask 3x for towels, 5x for wifi passwords. The normal amenities are not in the rooms- no hair dryers, no safes, no refrigerators. Overall - this may have been a good hotel to stay at when it opened, but time has passed and it shows throughout the hotel. We had 4 rooms on the 5th floor - all similar issues. There has to be better place to stay in Jaipur.

We had a great time staying at this hotel, and extended our stay by a day as well. Location is superb in MI Road, famous Lassiwala and Jalmahal icecream shops within few metres. The staff is very prompt and well mannered. Wi-Fi was superb, and the breakfast spread was awesome as well. Rooms are very spacious and well ventilated.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
