We recently stayed at this hotel in Munnar , and it was an exceptional experience. The rooms offer breathtaking views of a beautiful landscape, making every moment truly magical. The attention to detail in the room design adds to the overall ambiance, creating a serene and comfortable atmosphere. The hospitality was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Their warmth and eagerness to assist added a personal touch that made the experience memorable. The ambiance of the hotel is truly exemplar. Whether enjoying a meal at the on-site restaurant or relaxing in the lobby, every corner radiates a sophisticated and welcoming vibe. The hotel's commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality in all aspects of service is commendable. Overall, my stay was nothing short of perfection. This is the first time I'm writing a bad review, but I was truly let down by my stay at the Vibe Resort. I've stayed at a lot of five-star hotels in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, but this resort is definitely not worth visiting. First of all, there are no adequate facilities—no spa, no room for adults to play, no area for kids to play, etc. The second-worst meal experience ever; the food is served improperly and tastes bland without salt, and the breakfast buffet in the morning is lacking in variety, so there are issues with everything. Before making a reservation, consider a number of factors to be sure this hotel will work for you. Our expectations have completely shattered, and the management wants to take the appropriate action. Money was wasted, and our family vacation was ruined.

Staff was very helpful, polite and prompt. Breakfast and dinner buffets were very good, so was the a-la-carte menu (with very reasonable prices). We had a great family holiday. Just a few minor things that could improve: There is no rooftop restaurant at the swimming pool, although there is space for it. Welcoming ice tea was too sweet. Mini golf was not available in the evening.

When one advertises themselves and charges prices as a LUXURY resort, they better deliver. This “luxury resort” has the potential to be good but sadly it falls extremely short. Vibe “resort” needs to decide if it wants to be a party club or a nice place for people to retreat as it states on its website. This was a terrible experience for us. Beware that the advertising for this place is FALSE. There is no spa or gym. While they have a rooftop pool, it was not able to be utilized due to management booking a rowdy private party one night that cause a huge disturbance for our family. The music was ear-splitting loud and the clean-up from the party was equally disturbing with staff shuffling through the halls loudly and breaking glassware. We were unable to sleep until the early hours of the morning. The restaurant, while the food was of quality, was horribly unsanitary and dirty due to all the people from the party crowding in. The poor staff could barely keep up and everyone was under serviced. It should also be noted that this is a DRY HOTEL. No alcoholic beverages at all. This was not a “peaceful” resort at all. There was NO RESPECT for paying guests and no help provided by management at all. I don’t believe in placing a negative review, but rather trying to resolve the issue in person with a manager. We tried many times to seek help or a solution. The staff was unempowered to do anything for us. No one helped and no one apologized. We asked for the general manager and the staff never was able to either reach him or her or they did not want to be reached. In fact, the general manager seemed to be in hiding and never presented themselves. The Vibe has complete disregard for their guests’ well-being, satisfaction and hospitality. I feel sorry for the staff who clearly are not provided with the tools to truly take care of their guests. Shame on this ownership and management for misrepresenting what they are. In this otherwise beautiful place of Kerala, this was an ugly stain.

We visited this hotel with our young kids for 3 nights. We had a very comfortable stay , all the staff were very cooperative and polite. We had an amazing spread of variety of food and taste was equally good. Rooms are spacious and clean and tidy. Service was very good. Definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
