No basic facilities like tea bags, kettle, door mats were provided. Also the towels kept in the room were unclean, the towels were being replaced only when asked. Rooms are very congested and claustrophobic. Too much of disturbance in the corridors, as the doors aren't even sound proof to cut off the noise. They also need to improve on the hygiene part. Coming to the restaurant part - the staff, service and most importantly the food was excellent! They provide you authentic food, we also had an interaction with the chef - he was very humble and amazing at his work! But the stay in the hotel could have been more pleasant, it needs some improvement.

We were looking for a property to stay for a last moment plan during Christmas long weekend and ultimately with confused mind booked this. Rooms were clean and breakfast was fine too however they should provide clean towels as they all looked old and dirty. I was carrying my personal so never used them but that was something basic which hotel should definitely care about. Other than this the only concern was club next to property which is actually on the terrace and it’s noise during each night was disturbing to get a peaceful sleep. Hotel owner must do something about it. On our last day we decided to have lunch at their restaurant before leaving from Jaipur and the food blew our mind. Yummiest meal we had in quite a long time. With every bite we couldn’t resist to appreciate food and ensured to meet the chef Rahul and praise his skills. He has such a great hand preparing Indian veg and non veg both dishes with same perfection. I can continue appreciating his food and it won’t be enough. Thank you Chef Rahul. Wish you get greater opportunities in life as you deserve it.

During our recent stay at Vienna Hotel, we were really impressed with the service provided by the hotel staff. Due to a medical emergency at night, we had to rush to the hospital. The hotel staff were kind enough to assist us during the emergency. Though the restaurant closing time is 10.30 PM, they waited until 11.40 PM to deliver the food we had ordered earlier. They were very considerate and supportive throughout our stay. Thanks to the excellent hospitality rendered by the friendly staff at Vienna.

We booked this hotel through Rajasthan touist. As we came from south india Chennai and stayed for 2 days. We booked Semi deluxe room for 2 members. Room was very good with TV , AC and 24 hrs hot water. Also complimentary Breakfast served was good and tasty. The staffs very responsible and cooperated well. Near by location also good. We very much like the hotel. We will try to come once again here and recommend to friends as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
