        We defence veterans gathered for a get together from all parts of the country hoping to have a memorable evening. But we were utterly disappointed by the low grade service and the rude behaviour of the manager who instead of making good the shortcomings in the service, replied that this is all that we can give and instructed us to finish the dinner and leave as soon as possible. We having paid the bill amount well in advance were left with no option but to leave as we didn't want to spoil the mood of those friends who made it to Chennai for a memorable gathering. Very worst behaviour. Please avoid this place if you don't want such experience.

        I recently had the misfortune of attending an event at a hotel banquet hall, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From the moment I stepped foot into the venue, it became evident that this was going to be a night to forget. The food was absolutely abysmal though the menu promised a delectable array of dishe. What we received was far from appetizing. The so-called "chicken" was overcooked and rubbery, lacking any flavor whatsoever. The vegetarian option was equally disappointing, as it seemed like an afterthought with bland and undercooked vegetables. The sides were cold and tasteless, as if they had been sitting out for hours. It was evident that no effort was put into the preparation or presentation of the food, leaving us all feeling unsatisfied and disappointed. To make matters worse, the staff at this banquet hall were incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the moment we arrived, their lack of hospitality was evident. The event coordinator seemed disinterested and unhelpful, failing to address our concerns or accommodate our requests. The waitstaff were equally indifferent, never bothering to check if we needed anything. They were dismissive and seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than providing any sort of service. The overall ambiance of the banquet hall was also subpar. The decor appeared outdated and worn out, giving off a rather gloomy vibe. The lighting was dim and unflattering, making it difficult to enjoy the evening. The seating arrangement was cramped, with not enough space between tables, making it uncomfortable to move around or engage in conversation. It is truly unfortunate that this hotel failed to live up to its promises and reputation. The combination of terrible food, rude staff, and lackluster ambiance made for an utterly disappointing experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering hosting an event or attending one at this venue to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other options available that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a memorable experience.

        Worst experience. Unprofessional management and arrogant manager. Please don't book banquet hall in this hotel. It's filthy and food was tasteless. You will lose both money and honor. We had an official get together there on 21.11.2023. Whole program was spoiled by the arrogant staff and manager. It should not be graded as 3 star hotel. It doesn't deserve 1 star.

        Happened to conduct a get together function in their venue on 21st November. It was the worst experience ever faced. They demanded the payment in full in advance and never shown any professionalism in hospitality. The claimed to be manager was arrogant and boasting his experience. He had shown his all experience is giving a worst customer service. With this type of staffs around it will be a tough question of the successful existence of the hotel.

        Attended a function recently. Happy to see the Hotel view from the road but negative vibes started from the entrance. Services were HORRIBLE. Round tables were laid out with no paper napkins or water bottle or glasses. When asked, a pkt of paper napkins was placed in centre of table without any stand. Snacks plates placed without spoons. Ask for anything and it is not available or will come at its own pace. Snacks and Food quality was Bad and very oily. Dal Makhani should have been categorised as sweet dish. Manager was good for nothing type. We made a mistake of making payment in advance. Don't have a choice of giving zero stars hence giving one. Worst experience of life. Wastage of money.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
