This hotel is really a 3-4 star category hotel. Rooms are bit smaller in size but the premium rooms are pretty big with huge balconies. Ample parking space within property is available. Food is really good. Staff is super courteous. Only drawback is that it is about 2-3 kms from the Mall Road and is situated way upwards from High Court, but the hotel gives free shuttle service to and from hotel to mall road. Elevator does not exist and so it might be a problem for old age people or people having problem in walking.

The plush king-size bed provided a restful night's sleep, while the spacious marble bathroom featured a rain shower and premium toiletries, adding a touch of indulgence to my stay. The hotel's dining options were equally impressive, offering a wide array of cuisines to cater to all palates. I particularly enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet, which featured an impressive selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order dishes. One of the most luxurious and beautiful hotel of the city. The hotel has big rooms, vast lobby and the service staff is always helpful and ready to serve. The picturesque location of the hotel makes it a worth stay. A bit too overpriced but the service and peaceful, serene location overcome these factors. A must stay with family and friends if you happen to visit Nainital.

We visited Vikram Vintage Inn recently and it did not disappoint us. The staff was very polite, helpful and warm. The services were great, the food was very delicious and the facilities overall were very hygienic. We spent our time in the bar for drinks. The bar tender was a great, open for a good chat but also have us space. Rooms were clean and the room service was quick. The only thing that was missing or I noticed that there were no heating/air-conditioning in the room, it didn't affect us as we visited in April but check with the reception if you are planning to take a trip in winters.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
