Choose only when you don't have anywhere else to go. They have only 2 items in bfast/lunch/dinner everyday. Not good for family as rooms don't have amenities.

We stayed for 4days at Villa Paradiso The Hotel staff from Manager to House keeping staff all are so Good Really taken by their Good gestures,,, The person who carrys Passengers luggage to room n provide the Passengers with Room facility of food n water is so Humble n hardworking,,, Really Hats off to All Himachal People who are known for their Hardworking and Good Nature I found this in Villa Paradiso The view from Hotel is 👌👌we were able to c Dharamshala n mountain range Though this Hotel was not having lift when we visited in 2023 June but the Stairs walk are quite comfortable All I can say that if I again visit Maclogganj,i will Book Villa Paradiso I have read few reviews about this Hotel n I too agree with them Tons of Thanks to The Manager and All the Staff members of Villa Paradiso....

The room, view, cleanliness, service for this price is absolutely justified. Pictures are of the premium room. Yes, it is a bit far off from the main centre but trust me that's good as you are away from the hustle bustle, and you can just hitchhike your way to the centre (like I did) and save money. Although the views are if Dharamshala plains not the Dhauladhar range but you can always visit cafes for that. I have not tried the food here so can't give me feedback on that rest all is good.

Ville Paradiso has one of the most loving and caring staff🥰At the time of our Checkout from the hotel,they came out of the hotel and even said us goodbye! The food was amazing and as per our request for jain food , the jain food was delicious ! In the morning, we wanted to have some green chutney with the Sandwiches and on the spot they made us fresh chutney !!! The staff, rooms,service and location was 10/10!MUST VISIT🤩

Service is pathetic, food is not good. It doesn’t look like the images. Rooms are very small. If you are planning to get an extra mattress in the room, forget about it there is no space. Television doesn’t work. Wifi is very slow. Location and view is good. Not worth the money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
