Very good rooms . Budget friendly villa. Good place for family.Clean and spacious. Service is really good. No disturbance at all. Beach is at walkable distance. Breakfast was quiet good.

A nice and decent stay for this price, rooms are clean and gulzar is very good at servicing !! It has a fridge and kitchen aminity plus 24hrs hot water !! The breakfast is not good and not home cooked !! The property is quite far frm beach and isn’t beachfront !! The beach is 10mins walk frm the property !! Also please ask for corner rooms as they are bigger and as shown in picture than other rooms !!

Ok so lets Write this in points- Pros- 1. Near Beach 2. Only terrace room's balcony is good, duhh.!!! Because Terrace.. 3. Nice Breakfast Cons- 1. No Ventilation 2. Bathroom have no window and very small exhaust fan.. Therefore causes smell and suffocation 3. Blanket was very dirty and covered with a white cover to hide it. 4. I booked normal room and on the day of check in terrace room's terrif was less than normal room.. i asked for upgrade they chaged me 1000 Rs more. 5. "NO BASIC AMENITIES PRESENT". No tea bags, no coffee, no milk powder, no soap, no shower gel, no shampoo. 6. Induction was there but no utensils. 7. Overall Vibe of the room is not good.

Spacious room with kitchen, induction top cook, fridge, kettle, tv [ but non functional ],AC, geyser and a cupboard. Parking is a chalange for a car but they helped me , Thank you for that. No food Limited room service. Most important thing this is value for money property.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
