Vits devka beach cottage property's exterior look is very good. Layout is good Rooms are also good. And one thing I like the most is I left my mother alone in resort for a day and they took very good care of her. Things need to improve: Towel's are not good( they look old and dirty) Breakfast menu is good but taste is not good and it was not served hot ( cold). Room service takes too much time. Toiletries were not in place Tissue rolls should be of bigger size. Special thanks to Nupur for her exceptional services at breakfast buffet. And Daksh for great services during lunch time and evening snacks. Also, thanks to the entire staff for allowing us to checkout at our own pace and were not pushy.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, the hospitality and management exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Not only did they provide a warm and friendly welcome, but they also surprised me with a complimentary cottage upgrade, which added a special touch to my experience. The cottage was beautifully appointed and provided a serene and relaxing environment. The management was truly attentive to every detail, making sure all my needs were met promptly. Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. I would like to commend the entire team for their outstanding service, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and delightful stay. Great beauty, prompt service staff, but somehow the lack of efficiency and professionalism from Reception was appalling. We checked in and had a great time on day one (Thursday), Friday morning we get a call in the room saying we must clear out. We asked why because we were not even asked how many days when we checked in, and the person who helped us get a room said we could stay as long as we wanted to since it was a weekday anyways. Instead we were asked to pack and leave. How can you ever do this with an existing room guest unless there was some kind of major issue. Welcome to new world hospitality is all I can say. We spent the next 3 hours trying to find a room at the 11th hour. The whole great experience turned out to be a nightmare I'm afraid. And I am a 30 yr experienced Hospitality background person only attached to 5 star Hotels and Luxury brands that actually believe in Hospitality and it's true meaning.

View of the tent rooms is nice. Other deluxe & all are ok ones. Multiple pool i.e. nice. Staff not complete & competent to handle in high rush. Location is not much a problem, but considering aminities it's not a good choice. Overall you can try some other options near devka beach, rates 700-1000 rupees extra then theirs deluxe one, but more nice views & aminities in others.

The resort is amazing but there is only one problem there's was few bugs and mosquitos in open area while dinner (only at night) I request the manegement that before check in any guest tell your staff that check the room for bugs Overall the experience was amazing

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
