Worst hotel staff I had ever came across. Very rude and not at all cooperative. Didn't even allowed early check in even after availability of rooms giving excuses that they don't have house keeping staff.

Rooms are quite spacious,good to stay.Hospitality needs to be improved.Reception staffs need to be educated more regarding the friendly way they need to deal with the visitors.Food was good at both the restaurants within the premises.However, it was little costly.Yes,definately we can stay there if we plan our visit to Somnath again.

Great rooms and service. It has a kamat restaurant within the premises so has loads of options for food as well. Service and customer care is top notch. Also has a driver's room and food provision which was an added pro. Highly recommended

It is located outside the city of somanath. So they are charging anything like 5 star hotels. Nearby no tea stall and any other food courts. Whoever booked rooms should have food here only. Food quality is bad. The cutlery which they provided was smelling bad. Service is not up to the mark. Rooms are okay . I would like to suggest you to choose another hotel with this range.

Not a good experience staying at this hotel. Pros: Good room. Cons: 1. Staff behaviour is bad. They'll make any bizarre argument to justify themselves. 2. Food quality is bad. The cutlery which they provided was smelling bad. Better to choose another hotel in this price range.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
