Rooms were okay, food was great but the breakfast buffet spread was having less vegetarian options. Pool needs better maintenance. Room service can be made more efficient and quick. Had to remind them to send water bottles after 25 minutes. They did not respond to email queries after I made the booking. They gave a gift on welcome as well as while we checked out.

The rooms are spacious and clean. One should definitely try their morning buffet. The service by the staff is great. We had to catch a train in early morning and on request the staff was kind enough to pack sandwiches for us for the breakfast. I would definitely recommend one to stay here.

This hotel truly sucks. I got a room with a door to the neighbor. Needless to say I hear everything that my neighbor does. To claim that this is a 5 star hotel is false marketing. It’s a youth hostel with fancier clothing. I have contacted the reception twice but no suggestions on how to fix this from their side. Stay away. This hotel sucks.

During my recent stay at the Vivanta Chennai, IT Expressway, I was incredibly impressed by the impeccable service provided by the staff, particularly by VINODH at the Fitness center. The room was spotless, and the amenities were top-notch, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious. my stay was fantastic, largely due to the attentive service and delightful accommodations provided by the Vivanta.

Food is good, a casual good! I tried Afternoon buffet less variety for vegetarian. Not a special place for food. It is located hot traffic spot, we came by office bus it was very difficult to u turns. But car or two wheeler are ok.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
