Had a very happy time at this place. Memorable things I had with my family. Very nice services they provide and locations are amazing. Too good place to spend your vacations.

Nice place with spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and supportive. They serves a good spread for breakfast and dinner. However felt that the food was not that spicy.

Idk. I wouldn't recommend it for how much they charge. Recently we had to stay there for a wedding. We needed an extra towel for our room, and we tried to call the reception multiple times but they'd hang up on us the moment they picked up. Eventually we just gave up. I saw them doing the same thing when I was in the lobby, so it was clearly not an isolated incident. Why did we pay full price for our rooms only to get such service? We booked atleast a whole floor's worth of room for all the guests. The air conditioning in the lobby was simply too strong and it made me catch a cold despite wearing several layers. I don't know if that's because I'm used to Delhi weather or what. The hotel staff was very pleasant though and arranged for hot drinking water on asking at checkout, so that I could spend my cab ride to the airport in peace. The rooms were very clean, everything was well arranged. The shower mechanism was confusing and not at all easy to understand. I honestly needed a manual for how unintuitive it was. I suppose I had a pleasant-ish stay but I can't say I would recommend it.

recently had the pleasure of staying at the Vivanta Navi Mumbai hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Located in Turbhe , this hotel offers a delightful blend of luxury and comfort. The first thing that struck me was the warm and welcoming staff. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine hospitality and courtesy. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my requests.

In the bye lanes besides Turbhe Police Station you can find this business hotel. Nice ambience, good well kept neat rooms. Have good halls for meeting and functions. Mynt is a in house restaurant servicing great food but is on expensive side. A can of Diet Coke will cost you Rs 300😀

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
