We recently stayed at this property and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The rooms were not only comfortable and well-maintained but also exuded a cozy ambiance that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights for us was the incredible variety of food options available. The breakfast spread was not only vast but also delicious, providing a perfect start to our day. We were particularly impressed with the toddler-friendly amenities. The restaurants were equipped with high chairs, making dining with our little one stress-free and enjoyable. What truly went above and beyond our expectations was the hotel's thoughtfulness in providing cooked food, like the hot khichdi at the restaurant. This gesture made our stay even more convenient and showcased their commitment to ensuring a family-friendly atmosphere. During my recent stay at Taj Vivanta Hinjawadi, the standout feature was undoubtedly the emphasis on courtesy displayed by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. Nice hotel in the busy area of Hinjewadi Compared to the noise on the street very quiet. Nice and clean rooms. Gym with all the necessary stuff you need in good condition. Great breakfast selections with fresh fruits, eggs and healthy options. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Had a pretty bad experience. Stayed in the hotel for a family wedding. Had a problem with the room AC after returning from party in the night at 2 as room was freezing and couldn't adjust temperature. Called the service desk they said will send a technician. He didn't arrive and Had to call back at 7. He came and made it, but by that time I already caught cold and fever. Otherwise also staff were rude.

We have taken two nights stay with meals plan here We are very satisfied with food and hospitality… food is superb in taste and hygiene is good. All staff members are very co operative.. particularly Manager Mr. Samaresh is very nice person and helpful nature 😊

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
