Fabulous location, right in the heart of the city and walking distance from anything you want. The new refurbished rooms and well appointed and give you real value for money. The Karavali restaurant is expensive but the food is delicious. Mint is also a great dining experience and the service at the restaurants and of the hotel staff is great. The only thing lacking is the service and the very limited at the spa options. Both the staff and the spa options could be a lot better.

Had been to their Karavalli restaurant for dinner. The restaurant has a very good ambience with outdoor seating under greenery makes it very nice. Though the Hotel is bang in centre of busy road, no noise and disturbance from outside makes the place a very quiet and cosy for a dinner. Service was also fast and courteous. Enjoyed the evening😊

Very friendly staff. When I had gone there was room renovation going on. The rooms after renovation looks good. I think most of the rooms are disabled friendly. There are two views road/city view and pool view. Beds were quite comfortable. The pool is good and has spa and gym next to it. Gym has lots of treadmills though it is not that big. Spa has three rooms with a couple room also. Spa was very refreshing and very good quality. The breakfast in the Mint was lavish. The spread was very good and there are lots of seating options also. The hotel is located very near to brigade road which is the shopping and nightlife hub. Overall it was very good experience.

Wonderful hospitality... Can't ask and think of more. Understanding the needs of customers and specific experiences are great and beyond expectations. Rooms may seem small but are cozy and comfortable. Nice spread in buffet dinner and breakfast. Special mention to the wonders by chef (unfortunately can't recall his name). Overall experience was worth and more for every penny spent.

My family and I had a really pleasant stay at this property. The rooms are really well maintained, the food is delicious (Mynt), the location is awesome and the service is world-class! Highly recommend this property if you would like to stay around the heart of the city!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
