Lovely hotel. Part of the global chain. Great rooms. Very good location. Very good service. The view from the rooms is also very nice. Must do if in the area. I stayed for work but a nice place even if for a holiday in tiruvananthaputam.

This establishment is located right in the middle of the city. The rooms are done up well and the restaurant was superb. We enjoyed their breakfast and dinner buffets: great choice and the items were tasty. The bar upstairs even had a solo artist with a keyboard where we spent some time with a glass of wine. When my wife needed a doctor, the front-desk called the hospital & told us how to get to him. The personnel were friendly, courteous and helpful. The view from the room as well as the roof top was great. All in all, a very comfortable stay.

Didn't stay there, went for a business and academic meet. The hall has good food and service. Nice atmosphere. But parking space is limited. Maybe Better once the approach road maintenance which is going on now is completed.

Excellent, central hotel. Beautiful, clean rooms. Superb service. Quite courteous and responsive. Many food options including a good breakfast. Though central, immediate surroundings are a bit questionable. Hotel grounds are nice, clean and quiet.

We went for dinner on New Year's Eve. The service was excellent, and so was the food. They even provided complimentary dessert. The approach road from one side was full of potholes, which we accidentally took.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
