I have stayed here for my business purpose the stay was excellent. The location is just on the side of the Metro entrance and that makes it really convenient. I really enjoyed the stay and loved the room as they were very spacious and staff was very understanding. We had an event in the morning and the staff assisted us wholeheartedly in the setup.

Pros:- Its one of the famous hotels with very good service. i have been here a couple of times and had a good experience here. It is located in the prime location of Whitefield which has an easy mode of bus and metro facility. Enough parking facilities are present. Food quality is very good, all types of cuisines are available here. Cons:- No cons as of such Overall a good place for conducting some conferences and meetings. 😊👍

Rooms are great and have an amazing view. Special thanks to staff and his colleagues for going the extra mile in giving us a memorable dinner experience. The location is a little difficult to reach with many careful water crossings, which takes longer but worth it. The rastauramt servicing every 15 to 20 minutes nice one

Terrible experience. The shower didn’t drain and my room flooded. I complained three times about the showerr too, which shut on its on every time after 5 minutes. The food and the service were bad too. Not much variety at dinner. I ask for simple things like a bowl and they never give it to me. Something like this happened 4 times. The dining staff were not attentive and some were even rude. Lastly, I paid my bill and they said they didn’t have change and decided to keep the leftover. It felt like I was staying at a motel. Ive stayed at the Marriot and Oakwood nearby and both were much better experiences.

Went for office party there, the Hotel was luxurious without any doubt but it's not that ultra luxury. The food & ambience was awesome. Note -The meaning of luxury is subjective.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
