This is a nice accommodation with all basic amenities and services. Staffs are well behaved and sincere in their work. Housekeeping staffs (NITIN and others ) are very helpful and respectful.Food is also amazing. Most affordable hotel for all 👍.

This is our second home in Gurgaon. Room Cleanliness: 10/10, Food: 10/10, Services: 10/10, Safety: 10/10 The team is amazingly well and special thanks to Mr. Vivek Sharma for his hospitality. The location is perfect as it is near to Medanta and the parking space is good, although it’s in open but the hotel is vigilant enough for the safety of your vehicle.

Good place to stay if you visit Medanta. An auto from there would cost you ₹40 to reach Medanta. Rooms are spacious and clean bathrooms. Food was good, although they give only room service as they don’t have a common dining space. Also complimentary breakfast menu was limited and one could only pick two items + a drink(tea/coffee/juice). Overall a very good option to consider in Gurgaon.

Extremely expensive. Please choose after looking other options nearby which are competitive but less in price. Rooms are pretty big with balcony. Few room have balconies buy they are at no access to the guests. No outside food is allowed and food from inside is expensive. Very less options available for breakfast, so better not to take room included breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
