My stay at Vividus Hotels in Bangalore was truly exceptional. The staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. My friends and I are from Singapore and we have very high expectations and standards for hotels. Vividus hotel was amazing during our 2 weeks stay here. The staff is polite and always ready to help but maintains a respectful distance and isn’t intrusive. Even my friends from India itself says that this is a very rare hidden gem of a hotel. Manager Anshuman took very great care of us throughout our stay. The entire experience was made 10x better by his presence. I will highly recommend all my friends from Singapore to stay here if they ever visit Bangalore

I had a very experience in this place which led me to checkout next day (i booked for 8nights). Booked a suite on my arrival they greeted nicely but said it was for three only and my kid Need to pay extra charge. But i showed them the Agoda reservation mail. Than said ok. Went to my room, it was quit a big one but fist thing i saw was hairs on the sofa.. coffee table was dusty looked like room service was done but not checked by supervisors. So i called and room was changed to up floor and that room was like someone just finished a cigarette 🚬 there. But it said no smoke room. Since it was quit late and kids was tired I decided to stay here for night and leave next day. Dinner in restaurant was very expensive 5000+ for dinner.. next morning i left and not recommending this place to any one.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was subpar, with unresponsive staff and a lack of attention to guest needs. The rooms were outdated, poorly maintained, and cleanliness left much to be desired. Additionally, amenities promised were either non-existent or in poor condition. Overall, a regrettable stay that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. One star out of five is a generous rating for this establishment.

It was very nice to stay there at Vividus.. awesome experience of stay and mouth-watering food.. highly co-operative staff at hotel and restaurant.. clean rooms and hygiene maintenance was very nice.. fast and better service.. I highly recommend this hotel to any category and any age of person..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
