I recently had the misfortune of booking a stay at the so-called "Warmth Lake Haven" for a family get-together which happened last December 2023. We have booked 6 Rooms by spending around INR 40K overall," and I should say that the experience was so horrendous. From the moment we arrived, the experience was a series of disappointments that left me questioning the very concept of customer service. The room was a disaster, and it was marred by an astonishing lack of cleanliness and an overall disregard for basic housekeeping standards. Regarding the bathroom facility, we encountered the shockingly unclean state of the toilet in our assigned rooms, as the condition of the facilities was not only unsanitary but also a stark violation of basic expectations for a resort of any standard. It took an unexpected turn for the worse when we discovered the alarming state of the water supplied to the bathroom in our rooms. The yellowish tint and overall lack of cleanliness left us with a bitter taste and a lasting impression of discomfort. The abrupt loss of electricity not only disrupted the overall atmosphere but also left guests stranded in the literal and metaphorical dark. Don't expect any wonders for food at the restaurant, it was an equally terrible experience for the whole members. In conclusion, my stay at "Warmth Lake Haven" was a complete disaster. It was a place that lacked the most basic standards of hospitality and cleanliness. I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay at this so-called "resort" to think twice and explore other options. It's a prime example of false advertising and a disregard for the comfort and satisfaction of paying guests.

Hi I stayed this resort with my family from Chennai. I was little worried about their reviews, because we have our father and mother and my children. When I checked in I was surprised, why some people made a review like that. It was such a wonderful property. Very calm and quite, nice view from room, good food, especially their free boating at evening. Myself and my family was very much happy with their services. I have only one suggestion they have to do something about their road. The 500 meter road was very narrow. My stay was in december first week in their lake view cottage.

Stayed here over New Years. The rooms do not look anything like the photos with the interior a particular low quality and the meat served in the restaurant was undercooked and I got sick. Extremely poor quality service and attitudes from the unprofessional and unhelpful management and staff who did not seem to care about the problems that I experienced and only care about taking your money. This hotel is in a very hard to reach location which is inconvenient and is only popular because it has good photos. I would not recommend you book this hotel as it is one to be avoided at all costs.

Absolutely stunning beauty of the resort itself along with awesome welcome with traditional tilak and complimentary drink ... They even gave a complementary boat ride on the backwaters ...food is good very tasty we have enjoyed duck roast , outside court for sports like badminton, basketball, cricket and inside recreational activities like chess, Ludo are also available. There is availability of clean swimming pool , clean rooms, also paddle boats are available for those interested. Overall highly recommended for those who want a beautiful scenic resort with peace and quiet environment with complementary facilities of boating and sports ,We hope to welcome you back soon for another memorable stay! thank you warmth team

Rooms with balcony opens at national backwater ways. Great place to enjoy morning and evening sunrise and sunset. Food was good and even they understood our requirements and did a good job on hospitality.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
