I booked the whole property for 1 day for my Brother's marriage. The accommodation, service, the surroundings nd everything was excellent. Satisfied. Cheap and best, that's what I felt. Also, it's really a Wayal Resort because the resort is near a large paddy field (Wayal in Malayalam). Beautiful.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights with family and it was a wonderful experience. The location is superb, easy to reach, yet away from hustle-bustle of the city amidst the farm fields, at a very quiet and serene place. Property is well maintained, neat and clean and beautifully kept with all necessary facilities and has a rustic touch of Kerala culture. The service was amazing, Mr. Chandran and Mr. Vijay were tremendously cooperative throughout our stay and made us feel like home. All the food arrangements were done at the homestay, so we can be relaxed on this front also. The delicious food prepared by the caretaker uncles was absolutely like home made hygienic food and was a plus point for this property. Overall its was a great stay and thanks to Chandran uncle and Vijay uncle for all the hospitality and for treating us like family.

Worst experience, they cancelled my booking at last moment. I booked the place for 2 days, 3 weeks before my trip, even confirmed by calling at the property for the availability and paid the full amount. The desired day i reached there and got to know they don't have any rooms available and they have cancelled my booking without informing me perior, when I complained to make my trip (as I booked from make my trip) they didn't even pick make my trip people call and refuse to talk to them ... They are not bothered from how far you have come and what will you do now all of sudden. Never ever book this property as your whole trip will be in suspense that you will be able to checkin or not..

Booked on 3rd December with advance payment for 23rd December, almost a month back. 1 hr before reaching for check-in, they canceled 😞. They overbooked their property and left us in a state of misery. The worst part is they were asking us to cancel our booking from the app. They caretakers were honest and helped, but the owner is all about money, no code of honor. Its ur property u can do business the way u want but brother have some dignity honor and shame, had u initimated me 2 days ago, i would have made alternate arrangements, but u waited till the last moment to cancel . Reply to owners reply: The host is asking us to initmate ? me paying the money upfront and booking it is the intimation and confirmation that i am coming. That's how all the hotels/stays work. I didn't know u were an expectation. You call and intimate me an hour before the check-in time, and when i am driving, what were you doing the last 20 days from the time of booking that u forgot to check the bookings before. Was it a horrible experience for u ? You were lying comfortably some other place and asking us to cancel, denying to talk with MMT customer care . I reached wayanad with my family, and u decided to cancel bcos u got a better deal and decided to cancel us up with the booking, dude, in which sense u suffered? What u had to suffer? Talking about a full refund when it was mmt that did that , and this guy, the host, would not pick up the calls from MMT customer care, the customer care got frustrated. after telling them the ordeal that u put us through. Contact u in advance ? YOU SEEM TO BE TYPE OF PERSON IF SOMEONE THROWS MONEY AT YOU , YOU WILL DANCE FOR THEM. Did u think I would think of visiting ur place after what u did 🤔 not sure how such PEOPLE came into existence. This guy diligently gives an excuse after all the nonsense this he puts us thru. And saying he suffered losses. Nonsense.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
