        The hotel has serious cleanliness issues. Only the ground floor with reception is been looked after. They had the audacity to provide us with a room that wasn't opened for days and had layers of dirt and stinking washroom. Then shifted us to another room which had plumbing issues, leaking basin, boiling hot water issues in bathroom. This room also was extremely dirty with broken curtains and lamp shade. Definitely a very old property with don't care attitude of the staff. Hence, the rooms are also in bad condition.

        We stayed at this hotel during May and had one of the worst experiences. For the price we booked we could have got a luxury hotel but we chose this due to its location near dal lake. Whatever it advertises is fake. The rooms are dirty. Bathroom smells and has leaky basins. Room service is awful. Our bed had stains. When I asked the room service to change the sheets and pillow covers, room service guy started arguing for 10 minutes as to why the stains were from the chemicals they use for washing and not from previous guests. I travel a lot and have stayed in numerous hotels. But this one blew my mind on how someone can arrange a room for tourists that smells and has dirt and dust all over the place. Its disgusting.

        I visit Srinagar in August 2023, hotel is situated on the bank of DAL beautiful location. Rooms are spacious but needed AC. Food was excellent, Service was excellent. I would like to thank Mr. Sahil who have take care us in each aspect. Thanks welcome and Sahil

        Stay here for location. Bang opposite Dal Lake and on main boulevard road. The hotel is quiet old and hence rooms will feel old too. There are no ACs ok in the hotel. Service is okish. We had breakfast a couple of times there and found it very average. Looking at Kashmir's hotel prices this can be a good mid range option if you want to stay opposite Dal Lake.
