Recently visited a hotel in Gulmarg, and it was a delightful experience. The location is perfect, right amidst the beautiful mountains. Rooms are cozy and well-maintained, offering breathtaking views. The staff is very courteous and helpful, making our stay comfortable. Food in the hotel was delicious, with a good variety of local and international dishes. Overall, it's a great place for families and couples seeking a peaceful retreat in nature.

Honest Opinion Pros: Good location in the middle of town, polite and humble staff, decent albeit limited food options, effective electric blanket, continuous availability of warm water in the bathroom, and a great view from the window. Cons: Poor lighting inside the room, frequent power cuts affecting the room heater, uncertainty whether the heater’s shutdown is intentional or due to power issues, leading to uncomfortable darkness at times. I hope they take this feedback positively and work on improving these aspects.

The overall stay was good. They have provided coil heater and electric heating bed-sheet which kept was warm the whole time. Dinner was really good. Cons - The bathrooms were not maintained well (The faucets were leaking).
