Rooms are cozy and well-maintained, offering breathtaking views. The staff is very courteous and helpful, making our stay comfortable. Food in the hotel was delicious, with a good variety of local and international dishes. Overall, it's a great place for families and couples seeking a peaceful retreat in nature.

        Honest Opinion Pros: Good location in the middle of town, polite and humble staff, decent albeit limited food options, effective electric blanket, continuous availability of warm water in the bathroom, and a great view from the window. Cons: Poor lighting inside the room, frequent power cuts affecting the room heater, uncertainty whether the heater’s shutdown is intentional or due to power issues, leading to uncomfortable darkness at times. I hope they take this feedback positively and work on improving these aspects.

        The overall stay was good. They have provided coil heater and electric heating bed-sheet which kept was warm the whole time. Dinner was really good. Cons - The bathrooms were not maintained well (The faucets were leaking).

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
