Being owned by a royal family, this property does not host you or even try to leave a royal impression on you. It barely scrapes through the checklist points in a decent hotel. The food is average but the heritage and the artwork in the property is commendable. Definitely worth a visit but the stay will leave you asking for more.

Highly recommend this place. We had a wonderful experience. Rooms are very spacious and had royal experience. Staff are friendly, terrace buffet was memorable experience. We stayed here one night and one of the best stay we had in Rajastan 👍

Echoing some of the negative reviews, I would also NOT recommend anyone to stay here - whether you are a local or are visiting from another country. My family and I have been touring Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh for two weeks and have stayed at a lot of great hotels so we know what good service/accomodation looks like. The hotel manager had confirmed with our travel agency representative the morning of that our specific rooms (deluxe) are available and ready. When we arrived, the entrance was not welcoming nor was the manager who checked us in. Despite booking two separate deluxe rooms over six months in advance, he gave us ground floor smaller rooms which were congested, had ton of foot traffic/noise from outside and even a hole in the wall from which lizards were coming in and out from. When confronted about these issues we were met with “we are always fully booked so cannot change your two rooms today but will do tomorrow.” The next day, manager said he can only change one room because they were fully booked. This kind of behavior and dishonest service was not what we expected from a hotel claiming to be a “4-star” place. It the hotel manger is unable to manage the flow of guests, it is best for him to pick another suitable career. We were there to enjoy our time and come back to sleep in a relaxing place. Instead we were met with constant inconveniences and a dishonest hotel manager providing us with god awful customer service. The restaurant, restaurant staff and service staff were great however. Those working for less money provided us with a. better service than the hotel manager. I would save your hard earned money and pick a better accomodation.

This review is purely for the Ticket based room tour, not the hotel. Just skip it and save your time and money. The exterior of the building is the only good part.. will be disappointed after buying the ticket.. and the addon ticket to click pix using mobile phone.. which was ridiculous and there was nothing worth to click! The exterior building is the only good part. Long story short, just skip this place, the other Havells are much better to see from inside. This one is not worth your time.

We stayed there on 12th and 13th december. A memorable experience to stay in a palace. Rooms are big with ample space. Clean and well decorated. Staff behavior was excellent. In the complimentary breakfast a few more options should be added. The whole property is excellent. Location is in the heart of the town.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
