Location’s accessibility is not at all pleasant. Road condition is poor and so is the valet parking. I went to personally meet the sales team to conduct one of the wedding event. He didn’t entertain us much and didn’t respond to any calls for proposals. This experience is not at all expected from a brand like ITC. Customer is at the heart of their business and without proper communication and coordination this can’t sustain.

Wonderfull hotel outside Amritsar, close to airport. We used Uber and had no problem with transport. Hotel rooms very spacious, clean and very quit. Best place to stay in Amritsar.

I visited this property with my wife and 2yr old daughter. I must say this property is a hidden gem in Amritsar. Highly recommended for stay. Points they can improve : They can include more varieties in morning breakfast. Rest all good..👍

We were looking for reasonably priced accommodation near to Amritsar airport who also provided food. We were delighted with everything about Ranjit vilas especially the authentic and quintessentially Punjabi architecture, decor and hospitality. We got a taxi from the airport but not having currency wasn't a problem as the hotel paid and added to our bill. The rooms are spacious, with bathroom, very large comfortable bed, great bed linen with loads of character. Breakfast was a great way to start the day with a choice of warm dishes, breads, cereals and fruit. You could also also request a variety of egg dishes. We did not require dinner there as we ate during our tour but the menu looked ideal. The staff are courteous, friendly and happy to assist with anything. Although very close to the airport the area is very quiet and the two-storey resort spread over 1.5 acres of land is a unique farm manor imbibing the countryside of Punjab. Highly recommended.

Hotel Ambience is good but service is very poor, food quality is very poor, In the listed menu they just have 2-3 items only and the breakfast buffet they offer, any normal 1 star hotel can offer that, if someone is paying 4000rs for one day, he/she will not expect Aalo Parantha, Poori in breakfast that too has no taste.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
