Great hotel for a family stay. Location was ideal as it was closer to the places we planned to visit locally. Breakfast buffet had variety of options both for Indian and Continental fare. The staff at the restaurant also took care of individual request outside of what was in the buffet. Rooms are nice and stay was comfortable. The staff at the hotel is very responsive and do make the stay comfortable. On a side note, they do have a wine shop on premises and one of the staff member helps out with the tedious permit process (Gujarat is a dry state ) to make life easy for the guests. We would certainly stay here again.

Very poor customer service except Namasthe by every staff and of course it's a good gesture. No buffet in after noon. BF and a major meal was included in package. Their lunch time till 3. If u go at . 3.05 pm they say all meal finished and to start from chopping and will take 50 minutes. Then one is forces to say Kuch b lai. V landed up eating rice and Dal.. When v entered room half bottle water drunk by the previous occupant was there. No one bothered to clear.. There was an ear bud( seems to b) found under the curtain and it was blinking red. Now a days u don't know is it a camera ya something else. No one cleared it before v enterd.it shows they haven't cleaned the room entirely.Handed over to reception staff. She wasn't much bothered. Overall not good. Not befitting the stds as per star rating.

I stayed here for about 3-4 days with my family. The hotel service for the most part is good. However, the level of cleanliness is not at the international level. Also, the dining area needs more attention with cleaning. Dalvir and Nitesh from the dining area were very pleasant to speak with. Overall decent experience.

I had posted a review about bad service which they promptly fixed. Kudos to the manager, Mr Sengupta Coming back to the hotel, great location, right in the middle of the town. Rooms are on the older side, hence the 4 stars. Food is fantastic at both the restaurants Nice lounge

Everytime I stay, i request multiple times to give soft copy, very polietly front office staff comitw but never does until number of follow ups done to get it. I have to take help of local counterparts Another issue, they will write wrong GST of company Is it lazy approach or staff ?

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
