A not so good experience indeed. Stayed for a night here recently. There were problems with the flow of water from Washbasin as well as from the shower which was certainly not user friendly. The service level at the restaurant was below par. The staff were not courteous (not all of them) and were refusing to serve basic items, even though it was not crowded enough unlike morning breakfast timings. The team leader though was extremely gracious and provided all the items which were refused earlier by his colleagues. Looks like the staff were tired and exhausted. It was certainly not value for money given the tariff of 5 stars. I hope the Hotel team will work on improvement going forward.

I doubt whether merely having structural amenities qualifies it to be a 5-Star property. Rooms do not have controlled temperature environment, unsure of how people manage in winters. The common passage areas and atriums also are open and cold in winters. Restaurant is a real mess whenever there are bulk check-ins, services too are slow and inefficient often. Staffs are not to be blamed as the entire responsibility is ideally with the management. Need for ample improvement and sustenance to retain the brand image.

Attending staff at Pavilion 75 was very hospital and commendable hospitality with lovable music.God bless all of them who came in contact with us due to will of God.Very ..very special thanks to Kunal and Jitender on 27 th Jan 2024 when we had buffet dinner.

Takes 2 hours to get to the airport from here. We somehow got a smoking room which smelt a little funny but the rooms are clean. Nothing to do around the hotel. Dinner buffet was good. Food was tasty. For breakfast we were sent to a dingy plc in the 2nd floor saying the buffet was at capacity downstairs. Food was again good but not the ambience. Something I have never seen before at a hotel is an employee standing at the reception area and taking everyone's phones to rate the hotel as if it's a must. The hotel is still under construction or going through a renovation.
