Meticulous, attentive and patient. Truly the ITC experience that you come to expect, and then some more. The property is beautiful, but there is an abundance of beautiful properties in this heritage city. What makes the difference is the people, the staff — is phenomenal, and that would be an understatement. The attention to detail, and the urge to serve is evident and makes this property worth experiencing during your stay. I stayed here for my birthday, and it seemed like the entire hotel staff was briefed about it, because the staff went out of the way to wish me, even remembered my breakfast order. Just went you think they can’t top their hospitality, they go an extra mile and wow you. Heck, if you have to fly down to Jodhpur just to spend 3 days at the premises and not even step out, do that. You will go back feeling rejuvenated, and grinning from ear to ear. 5 stars.

Great place. The property is large and well maintained. The room service and dining room staff are very helpful. Being away from the city, transportation is a problem as it is not served by Uber and Ola (pick up). Reception staff are unfortunately very confused and we have to be super careful of the bill. We found a number of discrepancies and the staffs focus was to try and find alternative means to add back the amount. Kids extra bed (6years+) was 1000/ night which I think is a very high amount, even if we consider it as having complimentary breakfast Overall a good place

Right from airport pickup until checkout everything was so smooth. Rooms are quite big. This hotel is situated outside the city so it’s recommended to book it with half board. Live performances of Rajasthani folk music and dance was great. In the evening they have free high tea n puppet show. Breakfast spread was huge and it was not repeated during my stay of 3 days .

We stayed here for 3 days for a family vacation. The staff is very courteous. Always going above and beyond. The breakfast and dinner had good options. The rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean. The only downside was that the AC was not working in my room. They checked several times but could not fix it.

Lovely hotel Welcomhotel ITC Jodhpur. Hotel staff is hospitable and professional Specially Mr Dharmpal. They were kind enough to give us late checkout as per our request. Rooms size is bit small but comfortable. Washrooms are clean. Well equipped hotel with fitness center. Breakfast buffet is exquisite and full of options. Worth visiting again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
