Shilpa was the staff who helped us book the hotel room through call and we were specific that we didn’t want a smoking room. We reached the hotel and the receptionist were not so welcoming. They looked as if they were forced to work there. We reminded them again about the non smoking room but still they sent us to the smoking room where the stench of the smoke wasn’t gone. We raised the issue and then they moved us to the non smoking room( which they could have simply done in the first place). Moving up and down with the toddler at night was so difficult. Coming to the breakfast scenes. The service was pathetic. We ordered omelettes from the live counter and they took 30 mins to give it to us by the time we almost finished our breakfast. The crowd was normal like any other 4 star or 5 star hotel we have stayed in.We could understand the delay if the place was crowded but even then 30 mins for an omelette was too much. The only good thing about the hotel was the rooms were neat. The housekeeping staff do a really good job.

Very neat and clean, cozy, spacious rooms. Buffet breakfast choice is relatively less compared to other hotels in the same category, but the spread is sufficient and excellent to taste. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Free parking is available outdoors and in the basement. Is at city center, so traffic can be challenge during peak hours.

Ive stayed at dozen of hotels but this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staffs was very hospitable especially Dora. She was very delightful and eager to help. She went above and beyond for us to accommodate our needs. Room were super comfortable and clean. Breakfast were top notch and nice ambiance ard the restaurant Great location and definitely would recommend to anyone. We would for sure stay here if we are comin back.

Had a worst experience. They have lost their reputation. Highly dissatisfied. A person named Rakesh in billing counter gave me invoice for RS 21,000. When checked and enquired he said he mistakenly added Rs.10,000 in bill and gave the corrected invoice. How can a person in reputed hotel like ITC be this irresponsible. Secondly he deducted Rs. 15,000 from my account and said transaction is made void, it wil reflected in your account in 5th of next month. And made us pay again. Never expected ITC hotel to be this cheap. Their reputation and standardi is below even 1 star hotel today. Highly regretting choosing a ITC. Would strongly suggest the upcoming customers of ITC to beware of your payments

Dora in the restaurant was very attentive and we really enjoyed hearing about the history of the cotton from another employee. The warm welcome with drink was really appreciated. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Thought the bathroom glass wall with blinds very weird and didn't like that.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
