Pradhish was our concierge for the in-room dining. He was great with our kid. Spent time to explain the facilities and menu options and also provided guidance about the local tourist points. Rooms were spacious and vintage as promised and overall facilities and views within promises were great. It was a pleasant stay with great staff.

The best word to describe this resort is EXCELLENT!!! The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The food was totally awesome.The landscaping is beautifully maintained as is the entire ecological area. It was by far the best resort I have ever been to and would recommend it very highly.

Mixed Experience - Good Room, Poor Food I recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. While the hotel room itself was satisfactory, I was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the food offered. Let's start with the positives - the hotel room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were adequate, and I had a decent night's sleep during my stay. However, the same cannot be said about the dining experience. The food served at the hotel's restaurant was below par. he menu appeared promising, but the actual dishes fell short of expectations. The main issue was with the taste and preparation of the food. It lacked flavor and seemed like it was prepared in a hurry, compromising the overall quality.

I had requested a room decoration which was done amazing by the housekeeping staff. They are really humble and always ready to help. Call out to the manager and Gopal who were the ones that got it done for me. The food is also good and their breakfast cakes are amazing ❤️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
