Nice and cool stay, rooms are on 3rd & 4th Floor with no lift. Home cooked food is served as per your requirement Subject to availability of ingredients.

One of the best in the remote area of Shimla . The best part of this hotel is taker care guy Mr. Virender bai . Very kind and helpful . U will have a scenic sunrise view from the bed itself.. The view was awesome in morning sunrise and night . Each apartment have a common hall to dine and a good attached kitchen with two rooms , one room will have balcony and the other won’t . Make sure you get the balcony room . Maintained well with good hygiene .. Will come again to meet Mr. Virender bai and his kids . Awesome days .

Superb view from rooms Flexible and extended check in and out timings Excellent service and cooking by caretaker Mr. Virender Singh Excellent location. Owner considered our choices regarding breakfast menu and other issues. A few suggestions: 1. ID checking of the guests shall be done. 2. One hand wash basin shall be installed in the dinning area.

After looking at their Google review I booked a room in this home stay. Before booking I talked to owner Mr. Chauhan as well and specifically mentioned to reserve the room with attached balcony. I booked 1 month in advance and I was assured that it will be taken care. But when I called 2 day before my checking just to ensure that everything is in place, surprisingly I have been told that room that I requested have been given to another guest. I talked about this with Mr. Chauhan, I was assured again that it will be taken care of. Then he didn't call up to confirm and stopped taking my calls. As a courtesy owner should have offered refund, then it would have been my choice to stay in given room. I could have extended my stay in previous hotel. Few things in the room could have been improved. E.g. torned pillow covers, table mats. You need to order food from nearby restaurant. Ahaarvilla food was nice. Caretaker vijender is a nice helping guy.

Property is on very nice location and having awesome scenic view from balcony. The bestest part is the caretaker of the property Mr. Virendra, a person with golden heart and very cooperative. The lowest part is the complementary breakfast i.e either you can have parantha or omlate. Further, you can not be served curd with parantha since it is not complementary.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
